Telephone Messages and Emergency Coverage
The office is 503.504.6999. Should an emergency arise, please follow the emergency procedures outline on the office voicemail. In the unlikely event your call does not reach me, or in the event of a true medical emergency you need to call 911 and/or The Mental Health Crisis Line at 503.988.4888.

Services

1. Family Therapy without patient present (60 minutes)

2. Initial Evaluation (adult 90 minutes)

3. Hypnotherapy (60-90 minutes)

4. Individual Therapy (50 minutes)

5. Medication Management (20-30 minutes)

6. Telephone Consultation: Consultation by telephone will not be charged to the patient if 15 minutes or less. If greater than 15 minutes, they will be billed at the patient's regular established hourly rate.

7. Full Fee – payment schedule applies if appointment cancelled within less than 24-hour notice.

8. Consulting services available for facilities, corporations and individuals. Inquire for fees.

9. Training/workshops and teambuilding available as well.
